Now, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive who can help us hire top-performing sales professionals and build a world-class team.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Executive – Sales Hiring, you will be a key enabler of business growth.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and business roles, helping Nibav attract ambitious, customer-focused professionals who drive performance and revenue.

This role offers a strong platform to fast-track your career into Leadership Hiring and Strategic HR positions in a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development and related functions across India.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to hire from product-based and growth-oriented industries.
• Collaborate with Business Heads & Regional Managers to align hiring goals with business objectives.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for communication skills, attitude and business aptitude.
• Build and maintain a proactive candidate pipeline for continuous hiring needs.
• Track recruitment KPIs like Time-to-Hire, Offer Conversion, and Quality of Hire.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support leadership hiring and contribute to broader HR initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, Strong communication and negotiation skills with professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Hindi, Kannada, or other regional languages is preferred (not mandatory)
• Energetic, target-oriented, and eager to take ownership of results.
• Passionate about hiring quality talent and building high-performance teams.
• Aspiring to grow into Leadership Hiring / HRBP roles in a fast-paced global setup.
