Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator, your role will involve liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs, determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions, and sourcing potential candidates through various platforms. You will be responsible for evaluating applications, screening candidates, and documenting processes to foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
