Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and driven Non-IT Recruiter for a 6-month contractual role to support B2B/Field Sales hiring across multiple regions. The role is based in Chennai and involves working closely with business teams to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for B2B/Field Sales roles Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies Actively source candidates via job portals, social media, references, and internal databases Conduct telephonic screening and assess candidates for role fitment Coordinate and schedule interviews, and follow up with stakeholders and candidates Maintain hiring trackers and ensure compliance with recruitment SLAs Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support any additional TA initiatives as assigned during the contract period Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in HR is an advantage) 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Sales/Non-IT hiring Strong sourcing and screening skills, particularly for Field Sales/B2B profiles Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and recruitment tools/ATS
