manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs with managers to negotiating offers and managing the hiring process

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting hiring targets.

Required qualifications

  • Any Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Hiring, preferably in a talent acquisition role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
  • Familiarity with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
