Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing and hiring through multiple platforms, especially LinkedIn (with a proven professional presence and followers), and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other professional/job portals.
  
• Leverage LinkedIn connections and network to build strong talent pipelines.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and dashboards.
  
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from first interaction to onboarding.

Requirements

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field (BBA/MBA in HR preferred).
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  
• Strong LinkedIn presence with professional followers (mandatory).
  
• Familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS (Zoho Recruit experience is a plus).
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  
• Willingness to work 6 days a week, from the office.
