Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and trackers.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and job fair participation.
• Support onboarding activities in coordination with HR operations.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality hires.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hiring for tech/non-tech roles (as per your company’s focus).
• Exposure to employer branding or social recruiting.
• Understanding of basic HR policies and compliance.
