Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and potential candidates. Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment IT and non-IT recruitment. Strong understanding of sourcing profiles (technical and non-technical) and ability to source passive candidates effectively. Excellent communication skills with both hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
