Hi All, we are hiring Area sales Manager, Exp: 7 - 10 yrs Location:Bangalore Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy Development:* - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. - Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base. - Analyze sales data and market conditions to refine strategies and improve performance. 2. Team Leadership:* - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/BDMs. - Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and product knowledge. 3. Client Relationship Management:* - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key business clients. - Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. - Address client concerns and provide solutions to maintain trust and loyalty. 4.
