Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This role requires a passion for connecting people with opportunities and a strong understanding of best practices in recruitment and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments and functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Prepare and extend offers, and support onboarding activities in collaboration with HR
• Track and report key recruitment metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet hiring targets
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven approach

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
