Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Fullcycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating candidate pipelines and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define skills, experience, and role specifics.
  • Source talent via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and regional networks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and provide hiring status updates.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience (timely communication, feedback).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    ~1 year in BFSI recruitment (nonIT segment preferred).
  • Language:

    Native/fluent in one South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil or Kannada), plus strong English communication.
  • Technical:

    Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Education:

    Graduate
  • Soft skills:

    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Industry knowledge:

    Understanding of BFSI roles, regulatory compliance, and current trends.
