HR Trainer- Learning and Development

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Trainer Learning & Development who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work. This role requires strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and a passion for capability building. Key Responsibilities Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and regular consultation with business managers. Design and develop training programs tailored to business requirements, including soft skills, product/process knowledge, and compliance-related modules. Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions using a blend of learning methodologies (classroom, e-learning, virtual sessions). Collaborate with department heads and HR Business Partners to create annual training calendars. Evaluate training effectiveness using appropriate assessment tools, feedback mechanisms, and metrics. Maintain updated records of training activities, attendance, and learning outcomes. Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees to ensure cultural alignment and faster productivity. Liaise with external vendors and training consultants as required. Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization. Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred). • 3 to 6 years of experience in a Learning & Development or HR training role, preferably within the financial services or NBFC domain. • Certification in Training/Instructional Design/Adult Learning Principles is a plus.
