REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience 1 years to 5 years
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT hiring)
• Proficiency in sourcing profiles using job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Strong ability to screen candidates and ensure alignment with the job requirements.
• Experience in managing advertisements on various hiring portals.
• Proven expertise in handling middle-level and senior-level hiring across multiple verticals.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate with interview panels and recruitment managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and identify potential candidates using multiple channels, including portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate quality and suitability.
• Effectively communicate job requirements to candidates and provide them with relevant details.
• Manage job advertisements and postings on various recruitment platforms.
• Handle middle-level and senior-level hiring needs across different domains and verticals.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Coordinate interview schedules with technical and non-technical panels, as well as recruitment managers or directors.
