About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional with strong communication skills and hands-on expertise in managing data on Excel. The role requires coordinating with clients and candidates, supporting senior-level hiring, and driving recruitment operations through platforms like Naukri.com and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between clients and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
Manage and maintain large datasets and reports using advanced Excel functions.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for senior positions, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Conduct market mapping and industry research to support talent acquisition strategies.
Leverage job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) for sourcing and building candidate pipelines.
Ensure timely updates and effective communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and candidate interactions.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management, etc.).
Experience in senior-level hiring, market mapping, and recruitment research.
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri.com and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under deadlines.
