Talent Acquisition Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the recruitment team with daily hiring activities and coordination.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with clients for interview feedback.
• Ensure continuous candidate follow-up for up to 90 days post-selection.
• Follow up with selected candidates for joining confirmation and required documentation.
• Track and manage candidate onboarding, agreements, and joining formalities.
• Follow up with clients for pending agreements and billing confirmation.
• Maintain internal trackers and ensure data accuracy across all recruitment activities.
• Coordinate with internal accounts and external clients for invoice processing and

payment follow-ups.

• Manage background verification (BGV) and salary negotiation with selected candidates.

Key Requirements:

• 0 to 6 months of experience in HR recruitment or administrative work
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
