Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Associate to help scale our technical team in Mumbai. If you're excited about building world-class teams and want to learn what it takes to grow a high-performance AI startup from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Source and vet high-quality candidates for technical roles (backend, ML, full-stack, etc.)
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Collaborate with founders and engineering leads to understand role requirements
• Experiment with outreach strategies to attract top-tier talent from leading institutes and early-stage startups
• Maintain and improve our recruitment pipeline, documentation, and tools

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably technical hiring
• Immediate joiner or available within 1–2 weeks
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Highly proactive, organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong academic background (preference for candidates from top Mumbai colleges or Tier 1 institutes)
