Role Overview

Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Mumbai team and help us scale hiring for technical roles. This is an excellent opportunity if youre a student or recent graduate interested in learning how a high-performance AI startup builds its team from the ground up. Youll gain hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and startup culture.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for technical roles (backend, ML, full-stack, etc.)
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities: screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate communication
• Work with founders and engineering leads to understand hiring needs
• Experiment with outreach strategies to attract candidates from top institutes and startups
• Maintain recruitment documentation, pipelines, and tools

Qualifications

• Current student or recent graduate (HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields preferred)
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
• Availability to commit 36 months for the internship (immediate joiners preferred)
