Talent Acquisition Associate (Technical Hiring)

As a Talent Acquisition Associate at this AI startup, your role will involve sourcing and vetting high-quality candidates for technical roles like backend, ML, and full-stack. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Collaboration with founders and engineering leads to understand role requirements will be key, along with experimenting with outreach strategies to attract top-tier talent. Additionally, you will be maintaining and improving the recruitment pipeline, documentation, and tools. Qualifications required for this role include having 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, especially in technical hiring. Being an immediate joiner or available within 12 weeks is essential. Strong communication and coordination skills, along with being highly proactive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment are desired. A strong academic background, preferably from top Mumbai colleges or Tier 1 institutes, is preferred.
