Location: Noida, Sector 62, A block - Ithum IT Park Experience: 1 2 years Job Type: Full-time Industry: Education Department: Human Resources Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and supporting HR operations such as payroll processing and HRMS tool handling. This role demands strong communication skills, excellent organizational ability, and a hands-on approach to modern recruitment practices. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment process across various functions. Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), social platforms, and internal databases. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up regularly. Support in mass hiring, campus drives, and walk-in interviews as needed. Maintain candidate pipeline and timely closure of open positions. Payroll & HR Operations Assist in monthly payroll processing and salary revisions. Coordinate with the finance team for salary disbursements and statutory compliance. Maintain attendance, leave, and employee master data for payroll input. HRMS Tool Handling Work with HRMS tools to manage employee data, attendance, onboarding, and exit formalities. Ensure accurate documentation and system entries. Generate reports and analytics from HRMS dashboards as required. Onboarding & Documentation Conduct joining formalities and employee onboarding activities. Collect and verify documents, generate offer letters, and maintain employee files. Key Skills Required: Talent Acquisition End-to-End Recruitment Screening & Shortlisting Interview Coordination Job Posting (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, shine etc.) Payroll Processing HRMS Tool Handling (Zoho, GreytHR, Keka, etc.) Onboarding & Documentation Communication & Interpersonal Skills Time Management MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations Experience with HRMS and payroll software is preferred
