Admissions Services to Top Universities Globally and Test Prep

What you will do

• Hire 10 - 15 A-players per year across 

  technology, product, marketing, sales, admissions and academics

   through AI, data-driven sourcing and ATS workflows.
• Run quarterly performance management.
• Design and launch L&D sprints - micro-courses, peer learning, and GenAI workshops - measured by skill uplift and adoption.
• Drive engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition rituals

What you have

• 2 - 4 years of experience in recruiting for startups or HR agencies.
• Strong grasp of ATS tools and AI-powered sourcing.
• Passion for learning design, engagement, and data-driven HR.
• Based in (or open to relocating to) Chennai.
• Thrive in fast & high growth environments
