As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, your role is pivotal in supporting the organization to achieve and surpass its objectives. Your responsibilities include acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering guidance on strategic talent decisions, building and managing proactive talent pipelines for critical roles, and overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. Utilizing data and insights, you will influence hiring decisions and identify top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process. Additionally, you will champion our talent brand and uphold our values as a "Best Place to Work," contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment excellence. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 8 years of recruiting experience in mid-to-large organizations and demonstrate a relentless focus on identifying the best talent through diverse platforms and techniques. Strong rapport-building skills with hiring managers, proven ability to assess talent using formal methodologies, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. A deep understanding of the enterprise software industry, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to prioritize across multiple client demands are also key requirements. In addition, staying informed about market trends, competitor insights, and industry shifts, as well as leveraging global ATS and advanced talent acquisition tools, are crucial in fulfilling the role effectively.,
