As a Travel Consultant Sales at Glabol India, you will play a vital role in creating and organizing memorable trips for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our clients in selecting the perfect holiday package that meets all their requirements and preferences. Your expertise and guidance will not only impact our company's success but also contribute to the overall satisfaction of our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include helping clients identify their ideal travel package, providing detailed information on various travel destinations including pricing, weather, language, and customs, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Additionally, you will be expected to recommend and sell suitable tour packages to our clients, negotiate any customization requests, and strive to achieve sales and revenue targets. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism, hospitality business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar sales role focusing on both domestic and international travel. It is essential to have a strong understanding of various destinations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers. Knowledge of South Indian languages would be an added advantage.
