Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are consistently met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular in-person client meetings to understand requirements, manage expectations, and exploring new requirements.
  • Ensure the alignment of recruitment strategies with client business goals and objectives.

Delivery Management:

  • Oversee the successful execution and delivery of IT recruitment services for clients, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met.
  • Lead and manage recruitment teams to ensure high performance and adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to recruiters and other team members, helping them resolve complex hiring challenges.
  • Monitor and track recruitment progress, addressing any potential delays or issues proactively.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present the weekly recruitment dashboards (including progress updates, performance metrics, and candidate pipelines, exit and onboarding).
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment data to provide insights into market trends, candidate availability, and cost efficiency.
  • Use data to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process and identify areas for optimization.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead a team of recruiters, trainees, and their performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work culture to drive team success.
  • Provide feedback and performance-related guidance to team members, ensuring development opportunities are identified.

Operational Excellence:

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as HR, BU Head etc. to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize recruitment workflows, resource allocation, and team capacity to maximize efficiency.

IT Recruitment Expertise:

  • Utilize deep knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and market trends to help guide recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to define job descriptions, Resume Formatting, create targeted sourcing strategies, and assess candidates technical capabilities.
  • Ensuring maximum resume submissions to the clients without compromising the quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in client management and IT recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies & hiring methodologies.
  • Hands-on on experience on the ATS, different job boards
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities effectively.
  • Must have experience of target-oriented work culture
  • Should be good at problem-solving, critical-thinking, high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team environment.

Job Timing:

  • 11:00 AM IST to 8:00 PM IST AND 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST

Weekly Off:

  • 2nd and 4th Saturdays and All Sundays
