Responsibilities Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data-driven recruitment strategies and advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to create and analyze pivot tables. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on recruitment experience to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create workforce plans. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use Excel tools such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and charts to analyze recruitment metrics. Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and set hiring criteria. Guide and train interview panels on best practices and hiring tools. Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Technology and Process Optimization: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and workflows. Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance speed and quality. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative tools and techniques. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering professional growth. Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices. Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records. Requirements / Specifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and data visualization. Proven track record of using data analytics to drive recruitment decisions. Experience with ATS and HRIS systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of advanced recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or CRM platforms. Familiarity with workforce planning and employment branding strategies. Experience in a high-volume or specialized recruitment environment.
