Role & Responsibilities: As a Technical Recruiter specializing in Salesforce, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top Salesforce talent. Your role will involve end-to-end recruitment, from building strong relationships with clients to delivering high-quality candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle for Salesforce professionals, including requirement gathering, sourcing, interviewing, and final placement. Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, and other networking channels to identify top Salesforce talent. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future Salesforce hiring needs. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient candidate placements. Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and guide candidates through the recruitment process. Provide a world-class candidate experience and ensure clear communication throughout. Skills & Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in recruiting Salesforce professionals, ideally in a contract-to-hire (C2H) capacity. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies, roles, and certifications (Salesforce Developer, Admin, Architect, etc.). Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
