Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Salesforce-related roles including Administrators, Developers, Architects, Consultants, and Product Managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job requirements, craft job descriptions, and create hiring plans.
  • Source and attract top Salesforce talent through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and maintain timely communication with candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified Salesforce professionals for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce technologies, certifications, and market trends to ensure the recruitment process remains competitive.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Salesforce roles.
  • Proven ability to source and hire for various Salesforce positions across different levels.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform, certifications, and the ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of technical recruiting best practices and employment laws.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Trailhead or certification knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience working in a staffing agency or internal talent acquisition team.
  • Exposure to global recruiting practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
