Job Title: Salesforce Recruiter (4-6 Years Experience) Location: Pune Baner Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Recruiter with 46 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including a strong background in sourcing and hiring top Salesforce professionals. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce roles and certifications, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to support fast-paced and growing Salesforce teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle recruitment for Salesforce-related roles including Administrators, Developers, Architects, Consultants, and Product Managers. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define job requirements, craft job descriptions, and create hiring plans. Source and attract top Salesforce talent through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and innovative sourcing strategies. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit. Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, gather feedback, and maintain timely communication with candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified Salesforce professionals for current and future hiring needs. Stay updated on Salesforce technologies, certifications, and market trends to ensure the recruitment process remains competitive. Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring teams. Maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and provide regular reports on hiring metrics. Required Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in technical recruitment, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Salesforce roles. Proven ability to source and hire for various Salesforce positions across different levels. Familiarity with Salesforce platform, certifications, and the ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Strong understanding of technical recruiting best practices and employment laws. Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, indeed, and others. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Trailhead or certification knowledge is a plus. Experience working in a staffing agency or internal talent acquisition team. Exposure to global recruiting practices. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
