Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated
Talent Acquisition Intern
to join our HR team and support our hiring efforts for
non-tech roles
such as content, editorial, operations, and social media. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while contributing directly to the growth of a global media-tech company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for tech/non-technical roles (content writers, editors, social media specialists, video editors, operations staff, etc.).
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking sheets/databases.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads across relevant platforms.
- Support the HR team in employer branding activities and candidate engagement.
- Ensure smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Strong interest in recruitment and human resources, particularly in non-tech hiring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
