Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for lateral hiring across various functions and levels. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and role expectations. Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback, and manage offer negotiations. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and ensure accurate data management. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay updated on hiring trends, competitive talent landscape, and industry best practices. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment , with a strong focus on lateral hiring/ BPO Hiring/ Healthcare Hiring. Any graduate with relevant experience; additional certifications in HR/recruitment are a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software/tools.
