Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Systems Engineering Manager with a strong focus on MLOps to lead our engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of system engineering principles, a solid grasp of MLOps-related technical stacks, and excellent leadership skills. You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, building and organizing engineering units, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering teams focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable MLOps infrastructure Build and organize organizational structures, including units and sub-units, to maximize team efficiency Collaborate with account teams and customers, delivering impactful presentations and ensuring stakeholder alignment Drive the recruitment, selection, and development of top engineering talent, fostering a culture of growth and innovation Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and containerization solutions to enhance development workflows Ensure seamless integration and deployment processes using public cloud platforms, enabling scalable and reliable solutions Inspire, motivate, and guide teams to achieve their best potential Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 15+ years of proven experience in systems engineering, with a focus on MLOps or related fields Demonstrated leadership experience, including team building, talent management, and strategic planning Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools Proficiency in Containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Data Science (DS) concepts Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, coordinate tasks, and nurture talent Experience in building and scaling organizational units and sub-units Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders Nice to have Experience with Databricks, Sagemaker, or MLFlow Show more Show less
