In this role, you will be responsiblefor maintaining the integrity, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure. You willproactively identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities across systems, networks, andapplications to ensure a secure and resilient environment.This position requires a resourceful and detail-oriented professional who can troubleshootissues, support end-users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effectivesecurity controls and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities using tools
  

like Tenable.io, Tenable.sc, and Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management.

• Implement and maintain security controls including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint,
  

antivirus, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with internal and external security
  

policies and standards (e.g., ISO, NIST).

• Manage patching and updates across Windows and Linux environments
  

using SCCM, Intune, and WSUS.

• Provide Tier 2 technical support and resolve issues via a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow,
  

Jira).

• Support remote access (VPN), LAN/WAN infrastructure, and endpoint security
  

configurations.

• Maintain accurate inventory and asset logs with secure asset lifecycle management
  

practices.

• Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Infrastructure Leads, and IT Managers on security and
  

infrastructure projects.

• Document technical procedures, security protocols, and IT policies for audit and compliance
  

purposes.

Skills And Qualifications

 Proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator with a strong focuson security operations. Hands-on experience with Tenable Vulnerability Management, Microsoft Defender forEndpoint, and Microsoft Defender for Identity. Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, intrusion detection/prevention, andendpoint protection. Experience with databases, LAN/WAN networks, and patch management tools. Familiarity with proactive management systems such as Intune, SCCM, and Auto Pilot. Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Office 365, and hybrid cloud infrastructures(Azure, AWS). Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or similar languages for automation and securitytasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Professional certifications such as MCSA, Security+, CEH, or Microsoft Certified:Security Operations Analyst Associate are a plus.We are looking for a proactive and passionate individual who is dedicated to staying ahead ofemerging security threats and driving a culture of security excellence within our organizationFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
