Systems Administrator

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT infrastructure of Vinayak Jewels India Pvt. Ltd. Your role will involve maintaining networks, servers, hardware, and software systems to ensure smooth operations. Providing technical support to employees and implementing IT security measures will be key aspects of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems. - Install, configure, and upgrade hardware, software, and network equipment. - Provide on-site technical support to employees and promptly resolve IT-related issues. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and minimize downtime. - Implement and manage IT security measures such as firewalls, antivirus, and data protection. - Manage user accounts, access rights, and email/ERP systems. - Conduct regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness. - Maintain IT assets and inventory; coordinate procurement of hardware/software. - Ensure compliance with IT policies and company standards. - Document IT processes, configurations, and updates for future reference. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or IT Support Engineer. - Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking (LAN/WAN). - Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud platforms (Office 365, Azure, or AWS). - Hands-on experience with servers, routers, switches, and troubleshooting. - Good understanding of IT security, data protection, and backup solutions. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.,
