Systems Administrator

As a Systems Administrator at V., your main responsibility will be to ensure that the data quality in the CMS is accurate at all times. You will need to collaborate with various departments to verify that the information in the system is correct and up to date. Additionally, you will be expected to identify any issues arising from improper data practices, provide suggestions for system improvement, and support end users with their daily needs. **Key Responsibilities and Tasks:** - Always update and maintain the master data in the system as per instructions provided by relevant departments (users, item master, vessel master, budgets, etc.) - Receive all support issues and maintain a log for future reference (identify training needs, system bugs, etc.) - Provide 1st level support and guidance to all OMS users, including high-level hands-on training when necessary - Offer 1st level support to users for issues related to the Vessel Portal - Collaborate with higher levels of support for non-1st level issues, escalating to supervisors or vendors as needed, and ensuring the resolution of all system issues - Design, prepare, and distribute reports extracted from the system - Identify areas of concern and suggest improvements for the systems **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in any field - Good understanding of business processes - Good communicator, willing to play a leading role in business improvement - Well respected amongst peers - Excellent team working skills with the ability to solve problems collaboratively - Structured and methodical approach At V.
