Collaborate with Product Definition Team on feature scope and effort sizing Design and Develop new features using Modern C++, Object-oriented design practices Optimize code performance by measuring CPU, Memory resource utilization. Provide hands-on IT support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues in both Windows and macOS systems, and escalating complex problems as needed. Build, maintain , and administer on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Active Directory, AWS, and other cloud environments. Manage and administer key services such as Office 365, Okta, Slack, MDM solutions, and phone systems. Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and network infrastructure. Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventative measures. Contribute to the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices. Participate in IT projects and initiatives, collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Systems Administrator or similar role with a strong hands-on approach. Extensive experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server environments, and Office 365 administration. Hands-on experience with key SaaS applications like Okta, Slack, and MDM solutions. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor . In this role, you will be part of our Information Technology Group, supporting our internal users and services.You will be responsible for providing end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and workstation lifecycle management. Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime. Problem Diagnosis: Diagnose and identify hardware, software, and network issues by analyzing symptoms and troubleshooting steps. Utilize diagnostic tools and methodologies to isolate and resolve problems effectively. Issue Resolution: Resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software applications. Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or system administrators when necessary, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Software Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and device drivers on end-user devices. User Provisioning : End user provisioning and access rights management. Hardware Provisioning : End -user workstation provisioning and setup. Qualifications: Previous experience in a technical support role or helpdesk environment. Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Strong knowledge of Windows and\/or macOS operating systems. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
