Provide L1/L2 support for incidents and service requests related to laptops (Windows 10/11 and macOS), access provisioning, and general IT issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, software, and network issues .
Manage the end - to - end laptop lifecycle , including procurement, imaging, deployment, re-imaging, patching, upgrades, and physical repairs.
Administer Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, including device enrollment, compliance policies, and application deployment.
Support Windows Autopilot (basic to intermediate level).
Handle Azure AD / Entra ID user lifecycle management (Joiner Mover Leaver).
Create, modify, and delete user accounts; manage security groups, M365 groups, and distribution lists.
Assign and revoke application/system access and troubleshoot login, MFA, and access-related issues.
Coordinate with OEM vendors (Apple, Dell, Lenovo) for warranty, RMA, and hardware replacements.
Maintain accurate asset inventory, ticket updates, documentation , and follow IT security and compliance standards.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues to improve system stability.
Support IAM policies across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Configure and troubleshoot SSO and MFA using Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
Monitor systems using Prometheus and Grafana, set proactive alerts, and collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams.
Strong experience in Desktop Support / End User Computing
Microsoft Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID, IAM, JML processes
Windows, macOS/iOS troubleshooting
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
ITSM tools (Freshservice, ServiceNow)
Asset and vendor management
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, Endpoint Security
ISO / IT audit exposure
Azure certifications (AZ-900, MD - 102)
1 3 years of experience in IT Support / System Engineering
Experience in enterprise IT environments
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Willingness to work from the Bangalore office
