System Engineer

Job Title: System Engineer Trainee – UC, CC & AV Solutions

Operant Infotech is a leading system integrator specializing in Unified Communications (UC), Contact Center (CC), and Audio-Visual (AV) solutions. As an Avaya partner, we deliver enterprise-grade communication and collaboration systems for businesses across industries, including government, healthcare, and corporate sectors.

We are looking for System Engineer Trainees to join our technical support team. The role involves assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Avaya UC and CC systems, IP telephony, and AV integration projects. The candidates will work under the guidance of senior engineers and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise communication infrastructure.

• Assist in the installation and configuration of Avaya UC and Contact Center systems.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and perform system checks.
• Prepare installation documentation and site activity reports.
• Collaborate with senior engineers for implementation and maintenance activities.
• Travel to customer sites within NCR and other locations in India as required.

• Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics & Communication, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with prior internship or project experience in networking or communication systems will be preferred.

• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, IP, VoIP).
• Familiarity with Windows Server, switches, routers, or AV equipment is an advantage.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work on new technologies.
• Mobility: Must be willing to travel locally and across India for project deployments.
