Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat in a 24x7 environment.
  • Handle incidents, service requests related tickets through ITSM ticketing tool.
  • Perform initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues for PCs/laptops issue closure.
  • Support end-users with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Assist users with VPN connectivity and Office 365 issues.
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams and vendors for escalations and issue resolution.
  • Engage with OEM vendors for hardware support and service coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with defined IT processes and SLAs.
  • Exhibit strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tickets simultaneously.
  • Stay adaptable to new tools, technologies, and processes as per business requirements.
