Brief Description about the role : Production Support and Project deliverables

Key Responsibilities :

• Supporting Internal/External Projects
• Provide 24*7 operations Support to various business verticals
• Managing Services as per the accepted SLA
• Providing technical solutions to the various production issue
• Root Cause Analysis for the recurring issues
• Proactive monitoring and Management of the services
• Backup Management
• Co-ordinate with development teams to resolve the identified or reported issue

Skill and Competencies :

• Good Knowledge in Linux concepts
• Good knowledge in Apache and Nginx Web servers Management & Troubleshooting
• Good Shell Scripting Knowledge
• Good knowledge in production support management
• Good knowledge in cloud architecture & Implementation.

Education and Experience : Any Degree with good experience in Linux administration.
