Job Description

We are looking for a System Engineer with hands-on experience in IT support within a BPO or call center environment. The role involves end-user support, basic networking, security monitoring, ticket handling, and system issue resolution while ensuring SLA compliance.

  • Provide technical support to end users in a call center environment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Handle tickets through standard ticketing tools and ensure SLA adherence.
  • Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate when required.
  • Manage antivirus, patch updates, and basic security controls
  • Support firewall, CCTV systems, and basic network monitoring
  • Document incidents, solutions, and preventive actions.
