Role & responsibilities

System

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and other IT hardware.Strong hands-on 

  Linux administration

   – user/group management, permissions, services, logs, CPU/memory/disk monitoring.
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Administer and support storage systems (SAN, NAS, RAID).
• Perform OS installations, patching, and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support backup & recovery operations and ensure data protection.
• Work with Linux-based systems for server and application support.
• Manage and monitor basic Red Hat OpenShift environments (added advantage).

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in 

  hardware support, networking, Linux

  systems, and storage administration

  .
• Knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of 

  OpenShift or containerized environments

   will be an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
