As a System Administrator, your role will involve installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows/Linux-based servers, desktops, and network equipment. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT support tasks, including user setup, hardware troubleshooting, and network monitoring. Additionally, you will set up, configure, and maintain dialer systems such as VICIdial, GoAutoDial, or similar platforms. Monitoring dialer performance, troubleshooting call drops, agent connectivity issues, and server load will also be part of your responsibilities. Managing user access, extensions, and campaigns on dialer platforms, handling VoIP-related configurations, and coordinating with telecom providers will be key tasks. Ensuring regular data backups, system updates, and security patches are applied, along with documenting configurations, procedures, and logs for system and dialer setups will be essential. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of System Administration (Windows & Linux OS). - Experience with dialer systems like VICIdial, GoAutoDial, etc. - Understanding of VoIP, SIP, and Asterisk-based systems. - Familiarity with networking concepts IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls. - Ability to troubleshoot server and system performance issues. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job offers a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule and Provident Fund. The work location is in person.
