As a Business Development Associate at Techno Exponent in Kolkata, your primary focus will be on proactive lead generation through cold calling and strategic business development activities. You will play a crucial role in building strong client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. Your proactive and persistent approach will be essential in this outbound sales role. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and develop potential leads through targeted cold calling campaigns, effectively pitching our IT solutions to prospective business owners. - Convert qualified leads into new clients, achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT industry terms and technology solutions such as cloud services, software development, and web development. Qualifications: - Proven experience (minimum 2 years preferred) in business development, sales, or related fields, with a strong focus on outbound sales. - Minimum 1 year of experience in business development. - Experience in cold calling or working in a BPO, specifically with website sales. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Fluency in English is required.
