Job Description

Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta (good to have)

Slack Administration

Hands-on experience with organization-level Slack administration, not just workspace-level.
Deep understanding of API tokens (generation, security best practices, lifecycle management, and revocation).
Experience managing Slack app integrations, custom apps, and automated workflows.
Familiarity with Slack admin APIs for access auditing, provisioning, and compliance reporting.
Ability to address advanced operational questions on user governance, organizational policies, and audit readiness

API Integrations & Automation

Foundational understanding of API integration concepts (pagination, error handling).
Ability to automate small processes across SaaS tools and build multi-app workflows

Integration Project Execution:

Experience in onboarding new apps and integrating them with core tools like Google Workspace, Okta, and Zoom.
Able to coordinate with stakeholders, configure integrations, and document as needed.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (Okta Workflows, Tines) for workflow automation.
