System Analyst

This is a full-time role for a System Analyst located in Pune. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products. Your duties will include software installation at the client side, providing instant solutions to software or network failures, recognizing and analyzing issues, possessing knowledge of computers, operating systems, and networking, as well as being open to traveling to nearby districts. You should have technical support and troubleshooting skills, analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues, excellent customer support and service skills, the ability to communicate technical information clearly, strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and experience in software development or IT support would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Hardware and networking knowledge is also beneficial. This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates, with office hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. Only male candidates will be considered for this role. The job is based in Pune and daily allowance and travelling allowance will be provided promptly.
