Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth HR analytics to provide insights that guide strategic decision-making for HR and organizational leadership.
- Manage and optimize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure its effectiveness in supporting HR processes.
- Develop and present data visualizations that communicate key HR metrics and trends to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and labor laws to mitigate risks and uphold regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain positive labor relations to support the company's objectives and maintain a motivated workforce.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to align HR analytics initiatives with overall business strategies and goals.
- Provide guidance and support in industrial relations matters to address and resolve workforce issues promptly and fairly.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within HR functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data management.
