SEZ & Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEZ regulations, maintain records, and handle administrative compliance. Workplace & Soft Services: Manage space allocation, housekeeping, cafeteria services, and workplace hygiene. Security & Crisis Management: Maintain CCTV surveillance, access control systems, and security measures. Implement emergency response plans. Operations & Maintenance (O&M): Oversee office utilities, waste management, and sustainability initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Administration & Facility Management. Strong knowledge of vendor management, transport coordination, SEZ, and security systems.
