Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the company while working on projects that contribute to a more sustainable future. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Support ESG & Carbon Accounting Projects:** You will assist in sustainability assessments, carbon footprint calculations, and ESG reporting for clients. - **Learn & Apply Sustainability Concepts:** Gain expertise in GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2, 3), ESG frameworks, and sustainability reporting. - **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Utilize sustainability data to generate insights, create reports, and track progress. - **Develop High-Impact Presentations:** Effectively communicate sustainability concepts to internal and external stakeholders using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - **Research & Benchmarking:** Stay updated on sustainability trends, climate regulations, and best practices to support clients. - **Client & Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the team to refine sustainability strategies and contribute to key client projects. **Qualifications Required:** - **Passion for Sustainability:** A strong desire to create real impact in the sustainability space. - **Excellent Communication Skills:** Ability to convey complex sustainability concepts clearly and effectively. - **Quick Learner:** Ability to adapt to new sustainability tools, frameworks, and methodologies. - **Proficiency in MS Office:** Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to structure insights and present findings. - **Understanding of ESG & Carbon Accounting:** Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as GHG Protocol, SBTi, TCFD, CDP, etc. would be advantageous. - **Self-Starter with Attention to Detail:** Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. **Additional Details:** - Direct mentorship and hands-on learning from industry experts. - Fast-track career growth in sustainability and ESG consulting. - The opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, mission-driven company. - Exposure to real-world ESG and carbon accounting projects.
