Sustainability Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Analyst to join our team at Syneos Health, with 2-5 years of experience in the field.

• Develop and implement sustainable practices to reduce environmental impact and promote eco-friendly initiatives.
• Conduct thorough analysis of sustainability metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute sustainable projects and programs.
• Monitor and report on sustainability performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Engage stakeholders, including employees, customers, and external partners, to promote sustainability awareness and engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sustainability to continuously improve our efforts.

• Strong understanding of sustainability principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex sustainability challenges.
• Strong knowledge of environmental impact assessment tools and methodologies.
• Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks and regulatory requirements.
