Qualifications: * Education: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. * Optional: Diploma in Civil Engineering with extensive experience will also be considered. * Experience: * 6 to 10 years of progressive experience as a Billing Engineer in the construction industry, preferably in infrastructure, commercial buildings. * Technical Skills: * Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents. * Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and measurement techniques. * Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and billing preparation. * Familiarity with project management software (Auto cad) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus. * Understanding of relevant Indian Standards (IS codes) for measurement and billing (if applicable for India-specific roles). * Soft Skills: * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
