Role Overview: Brick&Bolt is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our Pre-Construction team as a Tendering & Quantity Surveyor (QS) . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction projects , including office buildings, Hospital, Hotel, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. The role involves end-to-end cost estimation, tendering, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and supporting project cost control. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for commercial building projects. Participate in tenders, manage RFI responses, and analyze quotations & specifications required for the Client & coordinate same with vendors and subcontractors. Conduct rate analysis and validate material and labor costs against project budgets & clients specifications. Coordinate with the design, procurement / SCM, and execution teams to align project scope and cost. Participate in value engineering exercises to optimize cost and design efficiency. Prepare the packages required for the type of building to pitch in the market for the sales perspective. Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete documentation as per client or internal requirements. Support in contractual reviews and negotiation of commercial terms. Work closely with Sales, architects, consultants, and project managers to resolve discrepancies in quantities and scope. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field. 8+ years of experience in QS and tendering roles, with a focus on commercial real estate projects .
