Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Estimation & Billing Engineer, located in Chennai. The MEP Estimation & Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantity (BOQ), conducting rate analysis, managing billing systems, and performing quantity surveying. The role also involves detailed analytical tasks to ensure precise estimations and billing processes for various projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantity (BOQ) and conducting rate analysis
• Strong analytical skills for accurate estimation and billing purposes
• Experience with billing systems and quantity surveying
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field is preferred
• Experience in MEP contracting or related industry is a plus
